Cleaning Your Refrigerator

Before removing the inner light, turn off the appliance first and then unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury.
Using a screwdriver, remove the two screws from the clear plastic cover.
Tilt the panel towards the front of the appliance and unscrew the LED board from the white plastic spacer.
Gently unclip the power cable from the red socket insert on the LED board.
Insert the power cable into the red socket insert on the replacement LED board.
Position within the black plastic spacer.
Reassemble the LED board, spacer and cover together using the two screws.
Reposition the panel and carefully enclose the cord within the LED housing.
Reattach the clear plastic panel using two screws.

Re m o v e all food content.
• Wash the inside with a da m p war m cloth soaked in lukewar m water and baking soda solution. The
solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a q uart of water.

B e sure to keep the door gasket (seal) clean to keep the unit running efficiently.
• The outside of the refrigerator should be cleaned with mil d detergent and war m water.
• Dry the interior and e x terior with a soft cloth.
Vacation Time
Important: The replacement of LED lamp can only be performed by an authorized technician.
• Turn off the refrigerator first and then unplug the unit fro m the wall outlet.
• Re m o v e all the food.

Clea n the refrigerator.
• L ea ve the lid open slightly to a v oid possible for m ation of condensation, mol d, or odors.
• U se e x tre m e caution in the case of children. The unit should not be accessible to child’s play.

Short vacations: Le a v e the refrigerator operating during v acations of less than three weeks.
• Long vacations: If the appliance will not be used for se v eral m onths, re m o v e all food and unplug the
power cord. C lean and dry the interior thoroughly. To pre v ent odor and m old growth, lea v e the door
open slightly: blocking it open if necessary or ha v e the door re m o ve d.
Moving Your Refrigerator
• Turn off the refrigerator first and then unplug the unit fro m the wall outlet.

Re m o v e all the food.
• Securely tape down all loose it em s inside your refrigerator.
• Tape the doors shut.

B e sure the refrigerator stays in the upright position during transportation.
Energy Saving Tips
•
The refrigerator should be located in the coolest area of the roo m , away fro m heat producing
appliances or heating ducts, and out of the direct sunlight.
• L et hot foods cool to roo m te m perature before placing in the refrigerator. O v erloading the refrigerator
forces the co mpr essor to run longer.
• B e sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before placing the m in the refrigerator. This
cuts down on frost build-up inside the refrigerator.

Organize and label food to reduce door openings and e x tended searches. Re m o v e as ma ny ite m s as
needed at one ti me , and close the door as soon as possible.
