17.Clear Memory

This option allows you to clear one of the following data
sets from MobileMapper Pro’s memory:

Track history

: This feature is disabled in MobileMapper

Wpts/Routes

: Will clear all waypoints and routes from

memory

: Will clear all routes from memory

Reset default

: Will reset the receiver by restoring all fac-

tory defaults

: Will clear all memory

After selecting the

Clear Memory

option from the Setup

menu, use the up/down arrow to highlight the desired
choice and then press ENTER. MobileMapper Pro will ask
you to confirm your choice. If you have selected

All

,

MobileMapper Pro will then shut off. The next time it is
turned on, it will prompt you that it needs to be initialized.

18.NMEA

This option allows you to select the NMEA message that
will be output from MobileMapper Pro. Your choice will
depend on which message is needed by the device con-
nected to MobileMapper Pro:

: Standard GPS position message according to

usually what you want.
