Step 4
Tools Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench
Flip Cart Over. Place washer (#4) onto round head bolt (#3).
Insert bolt assembly into aligned bolt holes of bottom shelf (#7)
and legs (#2) of front right. Place washer (#4), then split lock
washer (#5) and then hex nut (#6) onto bolt assembly and tighten
but do not torque.
Repeat entire process for rear right.
Step 5
Tools Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench
Place the cart upside down. Torque all eight bolt assemblies
(#3, #4, #5, #6) to 5 ft lbs.
Step 6
ATTACHING CASTERS
Insert the casters (#8) & (#9) into the hole in the white plastic
inserts until the caster is flush with the white plastic insert.
Using a rubber mallet, hammer the casters in place until the
stem is no longer visible. Repeat with the other three casters.
NOTE:
Make sure the two casters with locks (#8) are on the same
side of the cart.
