Adjust limit switch
A limit switch is located on the saddle plate. It checks whether
the fifth wheel coupling is properly locked.
Function test

Lock the fifth wheel coupling with a reference king-pin.

The control light 2 needs to be lit.

Press both switches simultaneously 1 , to unlock the fifth
wheel coupling.

The control light 2 should go out.
If the result of the function test is negative, then check if there
is a defect at the electrical lines and switches or whether the
position of the sensor needs to be reset.
Setting sensor

Check the gab (5 mm) between sensor and switching plate.

Correct the gap if necessary.
Use the fastening nuts for the adjustment

Check its proper function by locking and releasing the fifth
wheel coupling several times.
