ATTENTION!
- Do not touch moving parts during the mixer operation
- Always disconnect appliance before cleaning, assembling,
disassembling, loading and unloading products
- Perform assembly and disassembly only after full stop of moving
parts.
- Do not try to clean the container or the accessories when the
mixer is in operation.
In case of failure to observe the rules a danger of serious
damages may arise!

Purchase industrial devices for commercial use.
Actions in extreme situations:
- If a device tumbled into water, immediately, unplug the device, not
touching to the device or water.
- In case of appearance from appliance of smoke, sparkling, strong
smell of a burn isolation, immediately stop use the device, unplug
the device, appeal to the nearest service center.
Operation
General rules
- Do not use the device for mixing solid ingredients, for example,
frozen butter or very dense dough.
- To avoid overheating the motor, do not use mixer longer than 5
minutes without interruption. Leave it for 5-10 minutes to cool before
the next use.
- Use whisks (1 /Picture1) to whip cream, egg white, pudding,
cocktail, mayonnaise, puree, sauce.
