DO NOT OPERATE THIS TOOL UNTIL YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE

INSTALLING THE DIAMOND BLADE AND ADJUSTING THE GROOVE
WIDTH
-ENSURE THAT TOOL IS DISCONNECTED FROM POWER SOURCE.
To install the blade:
Remove any accumulated debris
in the guards and around the
arbor.
Place the inner blade in position
directly on the arbor (7) making
sure the direction of rotation
arrow of the blade and the
arrow on the machine are in the
same direction.
Place as many spacers
(nos.3~6) as necessary to
achieve the desired groove
width. They are in sizes 15,12,
10 and 2 x 5mm.
Place the outer blade in position.
Place all of the remaining spacers on top of the outer blade (so that the arbor may be
tightened).
Place the outer flange (2) in position.
Screw in the arbor bolt (1) and press the arbor lock (36) to lock the arbor in position
(it may be necessary to turn the arbor slightly to allow the lock to engage).
Tighten the arbor bolt with the supplied 10mm hex wrench (61).See Fig.2.
NOTE:
Use blades that have an arbor bore which can fit, and that are rated
for the machine’s maximum rated speed or higher.
REMOVING THE BLADE
-DISCONNECT TOOL FROM POWER SOURCE.
Removal is the opposite of installing the blade.
