Description

This function turns the Layout Block Outlines visual aid on or off.

Arguments

show

 argument, which is required, is a Boolean value that specifies whether to turn 

the Layout Block Outlines visual aid on. Setting

 turns the Layout Block 

Outlines visual aid on.

Returns

Lets the user edit the currently selected rule in the rule tracker. This function displays the
