subjected to an accident, used contrary to supplier’s specifications and
recommendations or used beyond its useful life or to any product whose
packaging has been altered or opened prior to purchase by the end-user.

OF ANY KIND, NATURE OR DESCRIPTION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-
ABILITY, FITNESS OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR

size is marked on the packaging and on the mask itself.
