•  96–100 % ethanol (to prepare Wash Buffer RA3 and prepare Clean-up Buffer RCU and 

Wash Buffer RA3)

Consumables

•  1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes

•  Sterile RNase-free tips

Equipment

•  Manual pipettors

•  Vortex mixer

•  Centrifuge for microcentrifuge tubes

•  Personal protection equipment (e.g., lab coat, gloves, goggles)
