8. Setup and connection of the device
8.1 Scope of delivery
Check the delivery for completeness. If some of the scope of delivery is missing, then contact
MACHEREY-NAGEL directly or your sales partner.
• Sipper module NANOCOLOR ® FP-200, pre-mounted pump hose
• USB connecting cable
• Tygon
®
hose, 2 m, ID = 3 mm
• Tygon
®
hose, 2 m, ID = 1.6 mm
• 8 reducers
• Plastic hose adapter
• Operating manual (these instructions)
8.2 Setting up the device
!
Caution: Place the device on a solid, level surface. Do not move the device while
taking measurements. Set up the device in a work area where there is little dust.
!
Caution: When setting up the NANOCOLOR
®
FP-200, make sure that the hoses are
not kinked. Always check to ensure the waste container is not full.
!
Caution: Please use the USB connecting cable provided to connect the device. You
cannot use a USB hub for connection.
!
Caution: There can always be residual liquid in the hoses. When working with the
NANOCOLOR
®
FP-200, and especially when removing the hoses, wear the re-
quired personal protective equipment.
