Operational Safety

CAUTION

•

Follow all safety and operational instructions given in your combine Operator's Manual. If you do not
have a combine manual, get one from your Dealer and read it thoroughly.

•

Never start or move the machine until you are sure all bystanders have cleared the area.

•

To avoid bodily injury or death from unexpected startup of machine, always stop combine engine and
remove key before adjusting or removing plugged material from the machine.

•

Check for excessive vibration and unusual noises. If there is any indication of trouble, shut down and
inspect the machine.

CAUTION

Follow proper shutdown procedure:

•

Engage combine brake.

•

Turn off engine and remove key.

•

Wait for all movement to stop.

•

Dismount and engage safety props before inspecting raised machine.

•

Operate only in daylight or good artificial light.
