20. If during cutting the cutting blade stalls, stop the product immediately and disconnect
the product from the power supply before investigating the cause.
21. Remove any jammed debris from the cutting means and examine them for any
damage before recommencing shredding.
22. If the blade has stalled for more than 3 seconds, the safety overload will activate
and the blade will briefly reverse automatically. Press the on switch “I” to re-start
the product.
Operation
1. Switch the product on.
2. Feed material (e. g. garden waste) into the feeding funnel (2) (Fig.11).
3. Insert the plunger (22) into the feeding funnel (2) pushing the material onto the
cutting blade if required (Fig. 12).
4. Wait until all the material has been shredded before adding more material.
