Intended use
Auxiliary handle adjustment
This electric grass trimmer MGT45028 is designated with a rated power input of
450 Watts.
The product is intended for cutting weed, grass or similar soft vegetation in
areas that are hard to reach, e. g. under bushes, on slopes and edges. It may
not be used to work on unusual thick, dry or wet grass, e. g. pasture grass, or
to shred leaves.
For safety reasons it is essential to read the entire instruction manual before
first operation and to observe all the instructions therein.
This product is intended for private domestic use only, not for any commercial
trade use. It must not be used for any purposes other than those described.

Adjust the angle of the auxiliary handle (15)
to fit the intended application.
1. Press down the lock button (15a) and
hold it in position, then rotate the auxiliary
handle (15) upward or downward to adjust
the angle (Fig. 4).
2. Release the lock button (15a), and
continue to gently swing the auxiliary
handle (15) until it locks in place. Ensure
the tooth system locks in place.

Adjust the pole length to fit the body height.
1. Loosen the locking sleeve (8) in clockwise
(Fig. 5, step 1).
2. Pull the lower pole (9) out or push it
together to adjust the desired length
(Fig. 5, step 2).
3. Tighten the locking sleeve (8) in anticlockwise
(Fig. 5, step 3).
