Maintenance instructions

Cleaning

• Do not use hard brushes, clean

steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives

such as toothpaste, organic sol-

vents (such as alcohol, acetone, ba-

nana oil, etc.), boiling water, acid or

alkaline items to clean the freezer

considering that these may damage

the appliance exterior and interior

surfaces.

1. Regularly dust behind the freezer

and under it to improve the cooling

effect and energy saving.

2. The interior of the freezer should

be cleaned regularly to avoid odor.

A soft towel or sponge dampened

in water and a non-corrosive neu-

tral detergent are suggested for

cleaning.

3. The freezer of shall be finally

cleaned with clean water and a dry

soft cloth.

4. Open the door for natural drying

before the power is turned on.

PERFORMING ANY CLEAN-

ING JOB.

• Do not rinse with water so as not to

affect the electrical insulation prop-

erties. Please use a soft dry cloth

when cleaning temperature control

knob and electrical components.

Defrost

Freezer shall be manually defrosted.
1. Unplug the freezer and open the

freezer door.

2. Remove foods and drawers before

defrosting.

3. Open the drainage holes and place

a water container at the drainage

holes.

Indoor frost will naturally melt, wipe

the defrost water with a dry, soft

cloth. When the frost softens, an ice

scraper may be used.
Place the foods you removed from

the freezer into an insulated con-

tainer or locker.

ANY DEVICE TO ACCELER-

ATE THE DEFROSTING

PROCESS. DO NOT DAM-
