DISASSEMBLY
Front panel
Using a putty knife or a thin flat screwdriver, press down
on the 2 upper locks, between the Cover and the Front
Panel.
Once the Front Panel is released, hold it at both ends, tilt
it forward and upward to disassemble.
Cover
Using a ¼” socket or screwdriver, remove the 2 screws
holding the Cover to the Cabinet, one at each end.
The Cabinet Cover is released.
Lid Lock Switch
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws that
hold the Lid Lock Switch to the Cover
The Lid Lock Switch can be disconnected from the Lid
Lock Harness below the Cover.
Applying voltage to terminals 3-4 for 1.5 to 8 seconds will
close the circuit between terminals 4-5, after which the
PTC will be energized, after power has been removed, the
latch will open after 120 seconds (at a temperature of 25
to 35 ° C)
