4-5) SCALING
The display range is factory calibrated to 0 to +1000 counts with
the zero coarse switch at its center position (0
±
1000 counts).
The range is user-adjustable throughout the full-scale for the
process input range with utilizing the adjustment trimmers
(Figures 6 & 7) following a procedure described below:
A) Set the zero coarse switch to the appropriate position:
[+] (left) position: 0 to +1999 counts
center position: 0
±
1000 counts
[–] (right) position: -1999 to 0 counts
B) Set the span coarse switch to the appropriate position:
left position: +100 to 2000 counts
right position: +2000 to 3998 counts
C) Input 0% signal and turn the ZERO adjustment trimmer so
to get the desired display count.
D) Input 100% signal and turn the SPAN adjustments so to get
the desired display count.
E) Input again 0% signal and check the desired display count
is indicated. If the zero point is moved, go through the
procedure C) & D) until the indication is stabilized.

M-System warrants such new M-System product which it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the 36-month period following the date that such
product was originally purchased if such product has been used under normal operating conditions and properly maintained, M-System's sole liability, and purchaser's exclusive
remedies, under this warranty are, at M-System's option, the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of any M-System product which is defective under the terms of this
warranty. To submit a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must return, at its expense, the defective M-System product to the below address together with a copy of its original
sales invoice.
