sCoPe of WaRRanty 
LYRIC International, designer and manufacturer of the LYRIC, offers a limited warranty for
each purchased original LYRIC. This warranty covers the replacement of original parts that fail
prematurely due to materials or fabrication defects.

The period of warranty does not extend to parts that are replaced during the period of warranty.

The period of warranty is restricted to the original purchaser of the LYRIC.

The liability of LYRIC International and its authorized dealers is limited to the repair and
replacement of defective parts. It does not cover any direct or indirect liability for any alleged
damages and their consequences.

LYRIC International reserves the right to repair, restore or replace the defective product (with a
new or like-new restored product), at its sole discretion.

For warranty work, you need to deliver the defective product at your expense to where you
bought the product or at any authorized LYRIC Motion dealer and bring with you proof of purchase
showing date and location of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem. Please
retain your original store receipt and keep it in a safe place.
PeRiod of WaRRanty

Subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated below, the warranty for the LYRIC
lyRiC
(except for motor and batteries/chargers) covers a period of two (2) years from date of delivery
to the original purchaser.

Subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated below, the warranty for the LYRIC batteries
batteRies and CHaRgeR
and charger covers a period of:

two (2) years from date of delivery to the original purchaser or 800 cycles/recharges of the battery
(whichever occurs first) for LYRICs with motors of more than 500W continuous power.

two (2) years from date of delivery to the original purchaser or 1200 cycles/recharges of the battery
(whichever occurs first) for LYRICs with motors of 500W or less continuous power.
PeRiod of WaRRanty
Subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated below, the warranty for the LYRIC motor
lyRiC motoR
covers a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty only applies
if turbo mode was used less than 3 (three) minutes at a time (see chapter 1.7 Riding Tips).
teRms and Conditions
In order for a warranty claim to be valid, the following conditions must be satisfied:

The LYRIC must be complete and correctly assembled.

The LYRIC must have been used only under normal conditions and for its intended purpose in line
with the instructions of use.

The original proof of purchase with the VIN number.

If the terms and conditions of the warranty have been satisfied, the defective parts will be replaced
free of charge by an authorized dealer.
WaRRanty Claims
All claims that are covered by this warranty must be processed by an authorized LYRIC dealer. Any
defective parts must be returned with the claim. To find your nearest authorized dealer please visit
