Front Panel Alarm Indicator
There is also a single alarm LED on the front side of
the module, (Figure 2) which is designed for quick
and easy indication of a problem condition in
installations where visible access to the bottom of
the module is not convenient. This LED is three color
and has several indication states.

LED OFF indicates power is lost, or there is a power
supply fault.
LED COLOR INDICATION
GREEN Video Signal present, signal locked, audio
embedded
YELLOW SDI present, one ore more audioinputs
missing, or wrong dip-switch setting
