Deep cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning
Silhouette Shadings can be ultrasonically cleaned
by a professional, with the exception of Bon Soir,
The Matisse Collection, Brio translucent and
room darkening fabrics.
• Specify that a mild detergent solution be used.
• Never immerse the headrail in the solution.
• Allow the shading to dry in the completely
lowered position.
Injection/extraction cleaning
Silhouette Shadings can be professionally cleaned
using the injection/extraction method. Use only the dry
method of injection/extraction for Bon Soir, Ombre and
Brio room darkening fabrics. Contact your Luxaflex
store of purchase to find out if this is available in
your area.
IMPORTANT NOTE
• Gold Radiance, Silver Reflection, Bronze
Shimmer, and Champagne Shine hardware
finishes can be spot cleaned with lukewarm
water and a gentle soap. Do not use alcohol,
baby wipes or alkaline cleansers. These may
stain or destroy the finish.
• Do not use electrostatic cleaning wipes on
any Silhouette Shadings.
