The nozzles can be mounted either on top or on the side. However, only one nozzle is possib-
le per direction of air flow!

On delivery, the nozzles (K) are mounted at the top and bottom and the side openings are closed
with covers (L).

In the delivery condition the filters are foil-sealed to protect against contamination. Remove the foil
packaging before putting the unit into operation.
Screw accessories for wall/ceiling mounting must be provided by the customer in accordance
with local conditions!
The LUNOMAT is a central ventilation unit for the ventilation of living spaces and similar facilities
such as medical practices, schools and offices. Equipped with two efficient EC radial fans, exhaust
and supply air can be conveyed simultaneously with a constant volume flow of up to 125 m³/h at a
pressure difference of up to 100 Pa.
The enthalpy exchanger used has an average heat recovery rate of 84% and, thanks to its re-
humidification properties, can maintain a comfortable and cosy room climate.
The preconditioning of the outside air is completed extremely efficiently by the epm1 55 % (F7) filters
used in the standard with a separation efficiency of 55 % at a particle size of 1 µm. These ensure
minimal pollution of the fresh air supplied.

to connect the LUNOMAT with the external closures (6). With a minimum heat transfer, this prevents
unwanted cold in front of the unit from entering the utilization unit. Condensation on these pipes is
thus effectively prevented. The connection points should be made vapour-tight with a suitable sealing
adhesive tape (5).
Behind the unit, again DN125 insulating pipes (1) are used to connect the LUNOMAT with the air
distributors (3). A possible entry of cold air from the installation room of the LUNOMAT into the supp-
ly air preheated by the enthalpy exchanger or the energy-rich exhaust air should be prevented.
Flexible antistatic round pipe DN75 (2) is used from the distributors to the air outlet or air intake (4). It
is easy to process, stable and can be installed quickly and safely using the enclosed sealing rings.
The air intake or air outlet (4) enables the co nnection of two round pipes DN75 (2). One round pipe
DN75 (4) is designed for a volume flow of 30m³/h, i.e. four DN75 connections are required to convey
60 m³/h each from two exhaust air chambers, as shown in Figure 15. The same applies to the supply
air side, which here is divided into 2+1+1 round pipes DN75 (2) for three rooms.
Adjustable poppet valves for both the exhaust and supply air sides close off the room. A coarse filter
is installed behind the exhaust air valves to protect the duct system from contamination.
As an option, one air flap per round pipe DN75 (2) can be placed and fixed in the air distributors (3)
to divide the volume flow. The poppet valves can then be fully opened. An inspection opening DN150
in the air distributor (3) allows quick cleaning even when installed.
