Permanent temperature setting:
1. A thermostat is located on the back of the device.
2. Turn the thermostat clockwise to the biggest dot.
3. When the desired room temperature has been reached, turn the regulator counter-clockwise to the
stopping point and hold down the key position.
4. The purpose of this function is to save energy.
Flip switch
The device is equipped with a flip switch, which turns off the power supply if the heater falls over by
accident.
Thermal safety shut-down
The device is equipped with a safety shut-down feature that is activated when the device becomes too
hot (e. g. if ventilation slots are blocked). For safety reasons, the device cannot be reset automatically.
Before using the device again, separate it from the socket for at least 15 minutes, to allow it to cool.

Electrical installation work may only be carried out by authorised specialists. If you need an
additional socket for the device, please contract a specialist electrician.
Replacing lamps:
Warning: Always disconnect the power supply, before replacing a lamp. The lamp will get very hot
during use. Allow the lamp to cool after you have turned it off, before replacing the lamp.
1. Lay the device down on its back.
2. A 25W G9 halogen lamp is located under the lamp cover.
3. To access the lamps, you must remove the four screws that hold the lamp cover in place.
4. Remove the damaged lamp by pulling it from the lamp socket.
5. Replace the damaged lamp with a 25W G9 halogen lamp. Make sure that you do not touch the
lamp with your bare hands and ensure that it is installed firmly.
6. Attach the back panel using the four screws.
