ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

*CAUTION: Use only provided adaptor! Different voltage may cause permanent damage.

Step 1: Lift seat back to an upright position.

Step 2: Secure the seat back using attached HOOK & LOOP FASTENER (3).

Step 3: Insert 12V DC 600mA POWER SUPPLY ADAPTOR (5) into POWER RECEPTACLE (4).

Step 4: Plug 12V DC 600mA POWER SUPPLY ADAPTOR (5) into wall outlet.

Step 5: Turn BOOMCHAIR

on by turning POWER SWITCH/VOLUME CONTROL (A) clockwise.
