Explanatory notes to Table 4
AFDMode:
Switch on / off the extended file distribution system via LAN / WAN / DSL, see
http://www.dwd.de/AFD/ for more information or section 8.8 AFD mode.
Altitude(m):
Specification of the height of the location above sea level in meters. In NetCDF files, the
parameter CHO (Cloud Base Offset) is used. It logically combines the variables Altitude and UseAltitude.
Azimuth:
Specification of the horizontal angle in degrees.
Baud:
Change baud rate (see 8.2.3 Changing the baud rate).
BaudAfterError:
Default baud rate after communication error (see 8.2.3 Changing the baud rate).
BlowerMode:
Used to test the window fans and switch to different operating modes.
Mode 2: “rest at
night” works only correctly if the parameter TimeZoneOffsetHours is set correctly, too. 0 = hourly check
and weather-dependent, 1 = no hourly check from 22:00 to 06:00, 2 = off from 22:00 to 06:00, 3 = always
on, 4 = always off.
DataTime:
Sets the date and time (see 8.3.6 Additional data telegrams).
