11 Troubleshooting
Description
Cause / remedy
The sensor will not allow
polling requests.

Sensor (no dummy cover) installed

(terminal) box and on the sensor

Sensor is resetting. Query channel 20001 and check
that the value is incremented. After reaching 60000
the counter starts again from “0”. If the value goes to
“0” earlier, the sensor has made a restart. Power
supply must be checked (see chapter 6.2.1.1)

Related to an LCOM-UMB: Misconfiguration of LCOM,
thereby resetting the UMB-Modules every x minutes
(default is 15 Minutes)
