Mounting the MADM subrack(s)

Before you begin

The procedure below describes the mounting of the MADM subrack(s). A maximum of
two subracks can be mounted, one at the front and one at the back side of the rack.

Procedure

Proceed as follows to mount the MADM subrack(s):

Mount one mounting bracket kit (CC848927224, item 1) on the subrack at mounting
position *3 as shown in the figure below.

Put the subrack on the bottom of the rack frame (rack front side) and fix it using
M6x16 screws (CC901331421) with 7 ± 1.0 Nm [61.96 ± 2.65 lbs-in] torque. Use the
hole positions #47, #58, #65 and #77 (see

Figure D-10, “Mounting positions

ADM)” (p. D-15)

NOTE:

The hole numbering is counted from top to bottom of the rack frame.
