Generating Selection Reports
Selection reports are reports that you customize to reflect all information in the
database that matches your specifications.
To specify selection criteria for the generation of one or more reports, do the
following:
1. From the Reports Menu, select
Generate Selection Report
and
press
[ENTER]
.
— The Selection Report screen appears allowing you to generate a
selection report for the data that meets all of the criteria in this screen.
— The first field,
Report Number,
indicates that you are selecting criteria
for report number 1. To select criteria for another report, type
n
(Next).
