When the Remote is on the Base*

When the 4U40 cord-free headset rings, remove
the Remote from the Base.
2.
The talk LED will light, indicating a connection.
3.
After completing the call, return the Remote to
the Base Unit to hang up.
When the Remote is off the Base*

When the 4U40 cord-free headset rings, press
any key on the remote.
2.
The talk LED will light, indicating a connection.
3.
After completing the call, press [
on/off
] to hang
up.
*Wearing the headset between calls permits faster
call placement and response.
