USE
Use this protocol for the weekly check on LUCAS Stabilisation Strap and the
check after use. Store the completed checklist. Copying of this sheet is
permitted.
If any error cannot be corrected, take LUCAS Stabilisation Strap out of
operation and indicate the problem in the “Serious problem” column. Then
immediately contact your distributor for advice or to order a new product
(see addresses at the end of the Instructions for Use).
