with the notch facing forwards.
4. Attach the foot with the M6x25 bolt

Slide the washer

over the bolt

insert this assembly into the locations
indicated. Screw the bolts

hand tight
(5Nm). Use hex wrench 4 for this.
5. Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
6. Before the front bench can be
attached, the four caps (as shown in
figure 3) must be removed. Carefully
insert a flat screwdriver under the caps
to remove them.
7. Place the complete front bench,
including the feet, as shown in figure 4.

screw these into the base plate with a
torque of 5 Nm (hand tight). Use hex
wrench 4 for this.
8. Now place the seat horizontally and
close the buckle over the front bench
so that the bench

remains closed.
PLEASE NOTE
• Store the caps from the base plate in
case you no longer wish to use the
front bench, so that the screw holes
can be closed again.
• Regularly check that the front bench is
still firmly attached to the base plate
of the Lovens Explorer. A loose bench
can lead to unstable or hazardous
situations.
