Packing and device check
The device leaves our stores properly packed with appropriate symbols and labels. There is also appro-
priate booklet with instructions for use inside the packing. In case the packing showes bad handling and
damage, it must be reclaimed at transporter immediately by a writing and signing of a damage protocol.

- do not use the machines if there are missing or demaged parts.
- always work with clean and dry hands.
- use the machines only for the purpose it has been designed for – frying food
- connect and install the machine according to the instruction of the present hand book. The mains
voltage of the room must correspond to the values on the identification plate.
- the electric safeties are guaranteed only if the machine is connected to an effective grounding system
as specified by the electric safety standarts in force.
- never use an electrical extension and never overload the machine
- only authorized and specialized personnel is allowed to repair the machine
- protec the electric cable from high temperatures and sharp edges
- periodically check the conditions of the feeding cable, of the plug and of the switches
- before any intervention on the machine, disconnect the plug.
INSTALATION:
The appliance should be placed on stable and dry surface made of non-inflammable and heat-
resistant material. It should be positioned at height of at least 80 cm from the ground. The sur-
roundings in which it is installed should be well ventilated. A distance of at least 5cm from the
walls should be observed and, in the case where the latter do not have good heat resistance, pro-
tective measures should be installed to guarantee thermal insulation.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:
The installation and operation of the appliance must be carried out by qualified personnel in con-
formity with the accident prevention measures in force and the CEI legislations. The electrical
connection instructions on the technical plate should also be observed. The mains or socket must
be close to the applianceand easily accessible, in accordance from the mains with a contact open-
ing of at least 3mm.
