Note
The indication for using the levels given in the table is preferential when cooking on several levels.
The times given refer to cooking on a single level; increase times by 5-10' if several levels are used.
For the bone or rolled beef, veal, pork and turkey roasts, increase time by 20'. Cooking times may
vary depending on the nature of the food, homogeneity and volume. It is advisable for initial cooking
to set the lower value for the thermostat adjustment range indicated in the table. Cooking time may
then be extended in relation to the lower heat.
