ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
LLR70064/70065/69137/69138/69142/69147 Add-On Units
1.
Assemble posts by taking one short post with threaded stud and inserting into wide threaded hole of another short post
without stud. The narrow threaded hole is where the rubber feet will be inserted at the bottom of the post. Repeat this step
until you have 2 tall posts assembled.
2.
Snap shelf supports onto posts by placing two plastic shelf support halves around the posts at the desired height for the
bottom shelf only. Be sure the wider, flared edge of the plastic support is in the down position toward the floor. The small lip
located inside the plastic shelf support must snap into the grooves located at 1” intervals on each post. Repeat this step for
each post.

Stand one shelf on its side and insert the posts with the plastic shelf supports in place up through the shelf post holes located
at each corner of the shelf until the support meets the shelf. If the plastic shelf support is snapped together with the wider
faired edge down toward the floor, the shelf will lock into place by tightening itself around the support.
4.
Insert threaded rubber feet into bottom of each post.
5.
Stand the unit upright. Firmly push the bottom shelf onto the shelf supports to stabilize the unit.
Final Assembly Option 1
1.
Disassemble one side of the existing shelf unit that the add-on unit will be attached to by removing the two posts were the add-on unit
would be attached. The shelves of the add-on unit without posts will be attached to the two posts of the existing unit. Reassemble the
existing unit and add-on unit simultaneously, using the shared center posts to support both units.
2.
Add additional shelves by positioning plastic shelf supports at desired heights in the same manner as described in step B, starting from
the bottom up. As you position the shelf supports for each shelf location, carefully lower a shelf from the top by inserting the four
posts into the four holes located at each corner of the shelf. Work your way up from the bottom to the top most shelf.
Final Assembly Option 2
1.
Set height of each add-on unit shelf to the same height of shelves on existing unit. Place two S hooks on each shelf of existing unit
where shelves from add-on unit will meet and attach.
2.
Attach shelves of add-on unit to shelves of existing unit by using the S hooks previously attached to existing unit in Final Assembly
Option - Step A. Make sure the S hooks are securely attached and that the add-on unit is properly supported by the existing unit before
loading shelf.
