Symbols used on the examination tables

The following designations and symbols are used on all Afia examination tables and
couches. The symbols are located on the control unit under the table top.

Inspection of delivery

Before commissioning the device, make sure that the transport package is intact with no
transport damage.
Report eventual transport damage to the carrier and the supplier within two days from
the delivery.
Check that all the parts listed in the packing list are included in the delivery. If
something is missing, contact the supplier immediately.
