FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
Our corporation has passed the ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificate. The quality is guaranteed.
COVERED BY WARRANTY:
Five years warranty on the front and the rear main frames from the date of purchase.
One-year warranty on the following parts from the date of purchase:
• Electric Control system and the controller
• Motor/gearbox assembly
• Charger
• Lithium battery
Warranty service will be performed by your provider in cooperation with our after-service
department.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
• ABS Shroud and rubber pads.
• Tires
• Seating and upholstery
• Damage caused due to abuse misoperation, accident and negligence
• Damage caused due to improper operation, maintenance and storage
• Business or other abnormal use
