P710e is designed to run either Bluetooth or USB, but not at the same time. USB has the priority, so if
USB is started Bluetooth will disconnect automatically.
If your Bluetooth device loses connectivity or can't be connected to your speakerphone, try the following:
Make sure your device is paired with your speakerphone and Bluetooth is active.
Place your Bluetooth device closer to the speakerphone — it might be out of range.
Move your Bluetooth device and speakerphone away from other wireless sources — you could be experiencing
interference.
The P710e speakerphone can be connected to up to two devices at a time - make sure you don't already have two
devices connected.
The P710e has an NFC tag located on the left side of the speakerphone. To connect to your
speakerphone with NFC, touch the NFC area of your device (usually around the battery; see your
device documentation for help) to the NFC tag on your speakerphone.
NOTE: If prompted by your device, confirm the connection.
