Problem

Cause / Solution

No power

Check that the power is switched on at the wall socket.
Check if the mains adapter is properly plugged into the unit 

and the mains socket.

No sound

Check that the volume control is 

NOT

 at minimum setting.

Check that the unit is 

NOT

 set to mute.

Desired station not 

found

Adjust the aerial location and position to obtain a better 

signal reception.
Tune to the correct radio channel frequency.

Radio channel 

reception is poor

Adjust the aerial location and position to obtain a better 

signal reception.

Tune to the correct radio channel frequency.

Function disturbed If none of the above solutions work, try switching off and 

unplugging your unit, leaving it for two minutes and then 

reconnect to the mains socket and switch it on again.

Ensure to unplug the unit from the mains socket before cleaning.

• 

To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.

• 

Do not use any cleaning fluids containing alcohol, ammonia or abrasives.

• 

Do not spray an aerosol at or near the unit.
