Ensure all parts are present and are not
damaged before assembling
Comprising of…
4 x K5CR – 5” Castors
4 x KALA – Adjustable Legs
1 x FKS5/SP – 5 Rung Frame (no Spigots)
1 x HCAF – Gate Access Frame
2 x BKH1, 2, 3 – 2M, 2.5M, 3M Horizontal Brace
1 x PKP1, 2, 3 – 2M, 2.5M, 3M Plain Platform
1 x LKC5 – 5 Rung Ladder
2 x HCGP/1, 2, 3 - Goalpost frames
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1.
Do not use on unstable ground such as loose bricks,
boxes or blocks
2.
Remove all personnel and materials before moving the
unit.
3.
When moving the unit, apply force manually by pushing
at the base
4.
Do not gain extra height by using boxes, ladders etc on
the platform
5.
Ensure that the castors are locked before use
6.
Do not overload the unit.
7.
Do not overreach out of the unit.

. Insert legs and castors into 5
rung frames.
2. Fit temporary horizontal braces at
base of unit as shown.
3. Fit goalpost frames on both sides
of unit as shown in picture
4. Remove temporary horizontal
braces at base of frames and fit
the platform on the 3
rd
rung as
shown.
5. Fit ladder on to gate access frame
by fitting hooks to unit.
6. Undo gate, sit on the platform,
and fit horizontal braces as
shown.
7.
Unlock castors and move to
working position. Lock castors.
8.
Enter unit and lock gate.
9.
Dismantling is the reverse
of assembly.
