TROUBLESHOOTING
To determine malfunc ons in the device opera on:

examine this manual
●
check if the device housing and/or warranty seals have been
damaged. In case of damage detec on, contact the manufacturer
for non-warranty repair.

Troubleshoo ng Method
1. The device does not
communicate with a remote
control.
2. Lack of communica on
with dispatching point.

check the ba eries of a remote control;
●
check if the speci
fi
ed device’s address is correct,
or try to use broadcast address (see manual for
remote control);
●
reset LightBox manually with a magnet (see
Sec on RESET on page 21);
●
check the ba ery pack of LightBox;
If the cause of the malfunc on is not detected,
please, contact technical support service
Contacts can be found in product’s passport.
A er technical support consulta on, please, send
the set of the devices in factory packaging with
malfunc ons’ descrip on to the manufacturer for
its further repairs.

check
the
work
of
mobile
network
communica on in the region;
●
evaluate the signal level in the place of the device
installa on - if the signal level is low or
unstable, try to change mobile operator;
●
check the SIM card balance, it is posi ve, that
SIM card can be blocked by the mobile
operator;
●
check used data tra
ffi
c volume;
●
check the SIM card performance, try to swap the
SIM card for a working SIM card and check the
communica on;
