SERVICE MANUAL – QL Servo S3-T

SERVO AMPLIFIER

The Servo amplifier controls the servomotor(s) of the bar feeder.

The amplifier records the absolute position data. Thanks to a battery (1), this data is saved, and the axes do not need to be

placed at zero for the powering on of the bar feeder.

INFO

The life of a battery can be 2-3 years.

When the battery (3) is depleted, the amplifier (1) displays the alarm

The battery is not rechargeable

and must be replaced right away.

To ensure no data is lost, the replacement must take place when the bar

feeder is powered down.

To access the battery compartment:

1) Disconnect the connector (2)

2) Unlock the battery compartment (5) by pressing the locking tab (4)

3) Pull the battery compartment toward you
