Screw down the screw at the
bottom of the tube for 3 or 4
turns then apply small strokes
of the mallet to disengage the
counter spring.

After separating the plunger
from the sheath, soak the SAE
5W 30 oil foam under the seal.
On the other sleeve, remove
the red adjustment knob by
unscrewing the screw on the
side of the dial
hex key
Remove the compression
knob in one hand holding the
key and the other wheel so
that it does not rotate at the
same time than the screw.
Be careful not to lose both
springs and two balls of
aluminum.
Disassemble the cartridge by
unscrewing from above
Clean or replace the cartridge
Follow the steps in reverse
order for reassembly, making
sure to use grease on the
moving parts and the thread
lock on the assemblies
