INSTALLATION, OPERATION and MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINCH TRACK SYSTEM

If working at heights always ensure area below is clear of personnel and carry out all site safety requirements before
commencing installation.

INSTALLATION:
Track system consists of nine main parts

Head track Section
2.
Trolley
3.
Hand Winch Track Section
4.
Track Joiner
5.
Cable Cover
6.
Locking Lever Arm
7.
Stopper
8.
Equipment Mounting Bracket
9.
Tube Bracket
Before installation ensure surface that track is to be mounted to is flat and there are no obstructions to hinder trolley when
raising or lowering
It is recommended that installation start with hand winch track section
(3).
For ease of operation when installed section
(3)
hand
winch should be at approximately 1200mm from ground level. Use a minimum of four M10 bolts through mounting straps to
mount section

When hand winch track section

has been installed to mounting surface slide track joiner

onto top of this section until it
stops.

Note:
If installing an extra track, install extra track into track joiner and fasten to surface using a minimum of four M10
bolts through mounting straps. When extra track section has been installed to mounting surface slide 2

Attach Locking Lever Arm Cable to Locking Lever Arm
