The blender: ideal to mince or mix the food  

  

1.

 

Put ingredients in your beaker or bowl. If they are still hot, wait until its temperature drops 

down to be below 70°C, to avoid the housing overheated. Always use the stick blender to blend 
ingredients together with water or other liquid. 

 

2.

 

Hold motor unit upright and turn blender stick clockwise until assembly locks into place.  

 

3.

 

Connect to power. To avoid spattering, put the blender into ingredients before switching 

on the power.

Maintain firmly the bowl containing the ingredients to mix and select a mixing speed 

by turning the variable speed control.  

 

5.

 

Press on/off button to switch on.  

On/Off Power Button: Allows you to activate the hand blender at the touch of the button, then 
press  and hold  down to  blend or pulse. Speed  can  be  gradually adjusted  at  any  time  during 
blending. Once the button is released, blending will stop. 
 
Turbo Button:
 Allows you to activate the hand blender at the touch of the button, then press 
and hold down to blend or pulse. Speed can’t be gradually adjusted during blending. Once the 
button is released, blending will stop. 
 
Note: The base of the blender must not be immersed.

To activate the turbo speed, press directly the Turbo button (3).

 

2.

 

Move the blender downwardly and upwardly to mix the food.

After use, please pull out the plug and disassembly the fitting.
