GAS CYLINDER  

The appliance can be used with any gas cylinder of weights between 4.5KGS and 15KGS butane and 
3.9KGS to 13KGS propane. The gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly! If the appliance 
is  not  in  use,  the  cylinder  must  be  disconnected.  Replace  the  protective  cap  on  the  cylinder  after 
disconnecting the cylinder from the appliance.  

Cylinders must be stored outdoors in an upright position and out of the reach of children. The cylinder 
must never be stored where temperatures can reach over 50

°

C.  

The height of the gas cylinder is below the 80cm, and the width is within 35cm. 

 

CLEANING 

Performing a "heat cleaning" (by heating the griddle) after each use (for about 15 minutes) will remove 

some of the food residue. 

 
OUTSIDE SURFACE

 

Use mild detergent or baking soda and hot water solution. Non-abrasive scouring powder can be used on 
stubborn stains, then rinse with water. 

 Clean thoroughly with strong hot soapy water solution. Rinse with water and allow to completely dry. 
NEVER USE OVEN CLEANER

 

COOKING PLATE 

Remove residues with a brush, scraper and/or sponge, then wash with a soapy water solution. Rinse with 
clean water and allow to dry completely.  

Clean  with  a  soft  cloth  and  soapy  water.  Rinse  with  clean  water.  Do  not  use  abrasive  cleaners,  paint 
strippers or grill cleaner on the plastic parts.
