Instruction manual

Do not use the barbecue in a confined and / or habitable space,
for  example  houses,  tents,  caravans,  campers,  boats.  Risk  of
death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

This instruction manual is also available on our website

www.livoo.fr

Caution: do not, under any circumstances, cover the grill rack with aluminous foil, barbecue dishes or
other items, as the resulting build-up of heat could cause irreparable damage to the grill.

When grilling food with a high fat or moisture content, splashes are not always avoidable.

Remember that the food with a high fat or moisture content may tend to ignite or to splash.

No responsibility will be accepted if damage results from improper use, or if these instructions are not
complied with.

This Barbecue grill is not intended to be installed in or on recreational vehicles and/or boats

Use heat-resistant barbecue mitts or gloves while cooking

Use proper tools, with long, heat-resistant handles.

Always put charcoal on top of the charcoal (lower) grate. Do not put charcoal directly in the bottom of
the bowl.

Do not store grill until ashes and charcoal are fully extinguished.

Keep electrical wires and cords away from the hot surfaces of the grill and away from high traffic areas

Do not use water to control flare-ups or to extinguish charcoal.

Using abrasive cleaners on the cooking grates or the barbecue itself will damage the finish

The barbecue should be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis

BEFORE FIRST USE

Clean with a soft damp cloth. Place your appliance on level and stable surface.

Pre-heating the appliance 30 minutes without any food to remove the protective coating.

A small

smoke emission is normal; take care that the room is aerated well
