Before first use:
1.
Remove all packing material and please check carefully to ensure that your Electric Wok is in good
condition.
2.
Wash the wok in warm, soapy water, to do this, remove the power cord, hold on the appliance
making sure that the plug and thermostat unit are turned upward. Keep the plug dry. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
3.
Wash the lid, the over rack and the spatula with hot soapy water.
4.
Let the appliance work for about 10 minutes without any food to remove the protective coating on
non-stick grilling surface. A small amount of smoke is normal – ensure that the room is well ventilated!
