Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to
rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the
steps that are listed, then you may need to contact an authorized
appliance service centre.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device
yourself!

Possible cause / solution
The device does
not work.

Is the adaptor cable connector correctly
inserted into the UV lamp connection socket.
•
Is the mains power adapter inserted correctly
into a socket outlet?
•
Is the socket outlet defective? Try another one.
•
The device has switched off automatically after
the maximum run time of 99 seconds.
Smoke emitted
•
Pull the mains power adapter out of the socket
outlet immediately and contact the customer
service department.
