Instructions
Filling the Water Tank (for steam ironing)
1. Ensure the Steam Iron is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Set the temperature control dial to the OFF position.
3. Lift the top of the water inlet cover to open it.
4. Hold the Steam Iron with the water inlet cover in a vertical position.
5. Fill the water inlet slowly, to allow the air in the tank to escape otherwise the water may
overflow.
6. Do not fill past the ‘max’ level or water may spill whilst in use.
Temperature Control
Put the Steam Iron upright and select the desired temperature with the temperature
control dial. Please see table below for suggested settings. Always make sure you pay close
attention to the care symbols on textiles.

Hot Heat Setting
When ironing always start with the fabrics that require the lowest temperature setting.
Then progress to materials that require the medium temperature setting. Always iron the
materials that require the highest temperature setting last.
NOTE:
The indicator light will illuminate whilst the Steam Iron is heating up. Once it
has reached the selected heat setting, the indicator light will go out and you can begin
ironing.
Steam Control
The steam control adjusts the amount of steam the iron emits when in use.
1. Ensure you have filled the water tank.
2. Set the temperature control dial to the desired temperature.
3. Select the desired level of steam using the steam control dial as shown in Fig. 1 (see
page 06).
4. Commence ironing. The steam will only be emitted whilst ironing and the amount is
determined by which steam control setting you have selected.
Cool Mist Spray
The cool mist spray works as long as there is water in the water tank.
1. Ensure you have filled the water tank.
