The alarm module and the alarm unit are too far apart.

Position the alarm unit closer. If this does not solve the problem,
the NightWatch is defective.

Red LED blinks repeatedly four times fast
(and alarm unit beeps four times)
• Battery of arm module is empty.

The NightWatch cannot be used anymore this night. Connect the

arm module to the charger. If the next morning the arm module
still is not charged, it is defective.

b. Specifics arm module

Green LED burns continuously
• (Off the charger:) Everything is ok, heartbeat is registered, con-

nection is ok, battery power is ok. or

• (On the charger:) Fully charged, battery power is ok.

Green LED blinks
• (Off the charger:) Arm module in vertical position and / or (normal)

movement. or

• (On the charger:) Arm module is charging.

c. Specifics alarm unit

Orange LED burns continuously
• The alarm unit is connected to electricity grid.

One green LED burns continuously and
a second green LED blinks
• The arm module is connected to the charger and still is charging.

Two green LEDs burn continuously
• The arm module is connected to the charger and is charged fully.

One green LED blinks
• The arm module is in a vertical position and/or detects (normal)

movement.

The wearer sits upright and/or is out of bed, or is moving the

arm. The consequence of this is that the NightWatch is not able
to detect a seizure. Once the wearer lies down and/or keeps the
arm still again, the signal will stop by itself.
