Intended use

• Ensure that the item has been assembled prop-
erly and in accordance with these assembly
instructions. Improper assembly can lead
to injuries and impair the item’s safety and
functionality.
• The gas spring may only be replaced or
repaired by a trained professional.
• Never stand on the item.
Assembly
Note:
enquire at a specialist store about the
suitable castors for your flooring.
1. Insert the castors (7) into each castor
guide (3a) in the 5-star base (3) (Fig. B).
2. Next insert the gas spring (8) into the base (3)
and then place the gas spring cover (9) over
the gas spring (8) (Fig. C).
3. Screw the plate (6) onto the underside of the
seat (2) with the short screws (10) (Fig. D).
Note:
pay attention to the correct alignment of
the plate.
4. Screw the right armrest (4) and the left
armrest (5) onto the seat (2) with the long
screws (11) (Fig. E).
5. Screw the backrest (1) onto the seat (2) with
the screws (10) and (11) (Fig. F).
Note: screw the screws in loosely at first, and
tighten them completely once the item is com-
pletely assembled.
6. Insert the gas spring (8) into the plate (6)
(Fig. G). Put the assembled item under strain
to tightly connect the parts together.
