on the toolbar and select the available tax year period.
The Detailed Report provides a breakdown of business vs private kilometers over a tax year period
broken up into
individual trips
. The
Opening/Closing
odometer readings could either be
User
Defined
or
GPS Estimated.
An
Interim
odometer reading was added on 17 February 2011. The difference between actual
odometer and GPS kilometers are shown in the
Discrepancy
row. A negative discrepancy denotes
that the GPS kilometers are more than the odometer reading.
The report was generated on 18 February 2011. The closing odometer is
GPS Estimated
as there is
no closing odometer supplied. Total
Business
,
Private
and
Odometer
kilometers are shown in the
black summary bar at the bottom of the report.
